Shipping Policy
At Stedi Step, we work hard to ship your order quickly so you can get out and enjoy your RV adventures.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within the United States.
We do ship to Canada! All applicable export duties and taxes for Canadian orders are prepaid, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While most orders arrive quickly, occasional carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right. Verified lost shipments will be either:
Replaced at no additional cost, or
Refunded in full
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are unable to guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

60-Day Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date for any reason. If you’re not happy with our product, please email us at StediStep@StediStep.com to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at StediStep@StediStep.com with your order information and we’ll provide return instructions. You can also reply directly to your Order Confirmation email.
Return Shipping Requirements
Customers are responsible for return shipping. A valid tracking number is required for all return shipments. This helps ensure your return is safely delivered and properly processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we’ll issue a full refund for returned items to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
LIMITED Lifetime Warranty
At Stedi Step, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Stedi Step products.
What’s Covered
We will replace any Stedi Step product that becomes damaged due to normal wear and tear during regular use, free of charge.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Proper Installation Required
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the product is:

Failure to properly install or maintain the product may result in product failure, property damage, or serious injury.
Regular Inspection & Maintenance
Before each use, inspect your Stedi Step for:
Excessive wear
Bending, cracking, or other visible damage
Unstable ground conditions
Do not use the product if any damage or unsafe condition is present.
Intended Use Only
Stedi Step products are intended solely for stabilizing RV entry steps under normal use conditions. Any misuse, modification, overloading, improper positioning, or use outside the intended purpose may create unsafe conditions and void any applicable warranty coverage.
Surface & Ground Conditions
Safe product performance depends on proper ground conditions and RV setup. Uneven, soft, unstable, slippery, or shifting surfaces may reduce effectiveness and increase the risk of injury.
Users are responsible for evaluating ground conditions and exercising appropriate caution.
